Offers & Discount Codes

Only one offer or discount code can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with each other or with automatic offers such as our second-case discount. Where an order qualifies for more than one offer, only one will apply. Offers have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Production & Fulfilment

Galavie products are made to order and produced after your order has been placed.

We work with third-party production and fulfilment partners, who make and dispatch your order on our behalf.

Galavie remains your point of contact regarding your purchase.

Delivery

Galavie currently delivers to the United Kingdom only.

Estimated delivery times can be found in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and correct before placing your order.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the shipment. Once your order arrives, you can cancel and return it by following our Refund Policy.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
