Which phones do your cases fit?

Our cases are available for selected iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models. Choose your exact model from the options on each product page. Please double-check it before ordering.

How do I find my phone model?

On iPhone, go to Settings → General → About. On Samsung, go to Settings → About phone.

What are the cases like?

Each case has dual-layer protection: a polycarbonate outer shell with a TPU inner lining that absorbs shock from everyday knocks. They have a soft matte finish and a full-wrap print with UV-protected inks.

Do they work with wireless charging?

Yes, all our cases work with wireless charging. They don't have built-in MagSafe magnets, so they won't attach to magnetic MagSafe chargers or accessories.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow 7–9 working days for delivery. Delivery is free to anywhere in the UK.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Do you have any offers?

Yes. Buy two cases and you'll get 20% off the second, applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. Mix your sign with a Palm State favourite, or pick two designs for yourself.

New subscribers can also get 10% off their first order by signing up to our emails.

Can I combine offers?

Only one offer can be used per order, so discount codes can't be combined with each other or with the second-case offer. If you add a code to an order that already qualifies for the second-case discount, only one will apply, so choose whichever saves you more. Free UK delivery always applies.

Can I return my case?

Yes. If anything is wrong with your order, we'll replace or refund it for free. If you've changed your mind, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Can I buy a case as a gift?

Of course. Our zodiac cases make thoughtful birthday gifts. Just check the recipient's phone model and order early so it arrives in time.

How do I look after my case?

Clean it with a soft, damp cotton or microfibre cloth, with a drop of mild soap if needed. Keep it away from hand cream, sun cream and liquids with a high alcohol content, as these can wear the design, and avoid long periods in direct sunlight or excessive heat to help prevent yellowing.
