Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Galavie case.
As each phone case is made to order, we only accept returns or replacements if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect model selected at checkout
• Normal wear and tear
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund without additional cost.
Shipping Times
All Galavie phone cases are made to order.
Processing time:
• 2–4 business days
Estimated delivery times:
• UK: 5–8 business days
• Europe: 7–12 business days
• International: 10–18 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to customs delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
If you have not received your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, production may have already started and cancellation may not be possible.
